Unable to open skill, "Something went wrong"



I'm not sure what I can really provide context wise here.

  • App: Alexa skill
  • Device: Echo Dot
  • Server: Windows

When I try to interact at all with the Plex skill I get some iteration of "something went wrong" from my Echo Dot. I've tried removing the device from the server, enabling/disabling the Plex skill and re-linking my accounts. I've tried following the instructions for setting up the Plex skill. I have no Alexa logs I can investigate/upload. What else can I try?
