# Unable to remove ghost shared server - not visible in settings

**Server name** : IllegalSeagull (Guacamole)

**Issue** : Ghost server appears on all devices with spinning connection error

**Already tried** : Logging out, clearing cache on all devices

Server is NOT visible in Manage Library Access or Authorized Devices

**Note** : The server was recreated later with the same name, but both the live one and ghost server show up.

That was actually a shared server, not your own.

Yes. It is a server that was shared with me, and no longer exists. The server was recreated and shared again, but I show both as you see in the screenshot. I cannot get rid of the one that no longer exists.
