I just installed a new PC to be used on my Plex.server. Installed the windows latest server and when I installed it, it assigned me a different name. My original name is showing “offline” now and all of my folders ect are gone. Almost like I was brand new. But I am in my account. How can restore to my original? I have 25 users who are now off line ect… Thanks
If you have set up a new machine, then you have to recreate all your libraries.
Unless you have made a backup of all your Plex-related data:

(make sure neither the source, nor the destination server are running during the copy process, or you’ll end up with a damaged database)
