# Unable to see plex library like always

I have a mycloud external harddraive amd installed plex software on it. I have the plex app on apple tv. Worked perfectly fine. Suddenly I can not see my library on the apple tv app or any app. I checked, the files in the plex folder on my mycloud ext hhd…i have logged in and out of the plex account, but no luck.
