# Unable to set up Plex server on a second device

Server Version#: 1.25.7.5604-980a13e02  
Player Version#: web version on Mac

I used to have three servers running under my account. Recently I deleted two of the servers under the list of authorised devices and uninstalled the server softwares. So I only have one server running on a nas. Now I reinstalled a Plex server on a Mac mini that used to run one of the deleted servers but couldn’t get it to work. After logging in, it just spins without loading the screen to set up the server. The one server I still have on the nas is running fine and I only have one server under the list of authorised devices. I do have a Plex pass so it should work like it used to. What should I do to set up this second server again? The nas and the Mac mini do have different IP addresses. I also tried to use the 192.168.XX.XX:32400/web address for the Mac server I am trying to set up but it still just spins without loading the set up screen.

Did you make sure to remove the PMS folder in ~/library/Application Support and preference plist file in ~/library/preferences as well? ( and restart or log out/in to mac afterwards)

If you can be on the actual machine you are installing it on do so. If you can’t use an incognito window and `http://192.168.XX.XX:32400/web` don’t log in it should take you there without needing to log in. (assuming you deleted at least the plist file mentioned above)
