# Unable to Update Email/Reset Password

Hi Team,

I need to update my email from my current email to a new one. But everytime I try to do that it says the new one already has an account. But if I try to login it doesn’t work, so I tried reset password for so I can delete the account under the new email but NEVER receive an reset password email. Please help me either update my email or reset password for the account under the new email.
