I don’t know how to set up my router and PLEX so that it can access the external network.
as first step, turn off manual port number.
If that fails. log into your modem/router and confirm UPNP is enabled
and try again.
If you can’t get into your modem/router share the name & model with us and we’ll go look for documentation on google.

The RT-AX1800S should be very close.
Service Name: Anything you want. Does not matter.
External Port: Must match manual port number in Settings → Remote Access
Internal Port: 32400
Internal IP Address: The IP address of your Plex server.
Protocol: TCP
Source IP: Blank.

Is the box for external port checked in Settings → Remote Access?
If not, check it then try to enable remote access.
