# Problem description
Unexpected error accessing specific music artist.
- Accessing other music artists is normal, and errors only occur when accessing “队长”.
- Accessing from Plex Web is normal, only Plex Mac encounters this issue.

How are you accessing Plex Web? app.plex.tv or ip:port? - Using IP access is normal
- Using “app. plex. tv" access is error

It definitely sounds like the issue I linked then. From that post, a fix has been made, but it hasn’t made it to the public yet. A temporary workaround is to disable groping albums by type (mentioned later in that thread: [Music Artist with no album groupings results in an error - regression with 4.121.1 - #18 by solstyce9](https://forums.plex.tv/t/music-artist-with-no-album-groupings-results-in-an-error-regression-with-4-121-1/863359/18)).
