Do we know if Plex is ever planning on offering support beyond “leave a message in the forum and hope for the best” because I feel like a lot of us are starting to get annoyed by this as the de facto method, especially in light of the huge uptick in bugs/issues since the upgrade to the new player.
The current QA/testing/deployment method seems to be vulnerable to issues, is there any reassurance things are being looked at and improvements are being considered here?
getting annoyed is a understated unless you’re a tech wizz. eve been having problems and not a tech wizz so i stay up till 5-6an every night till i somehow get it right.g,
its even harder when i can’t properly see the screen and what I’m toying, ive been a subscriber for quire a number of years and still want get personal customer support
