# UnRaid Hosted Plex is running but cannot be accessed

Server Version#:Latest UnRaid…because it does not say update available  
Player Version#:Webversion  
\<If providing [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) should be enabled\>

I’m running Plex on unraid. it says it comes up but I cannot bring up the WebUI

I haven’t used UnRaid in a while but this sounds like it’s not claimed.

You can claim it by hand via the shell, or, I have a tool which will help you claim it

The tool also runs from the shell  
I recommend using the `-p` option with the container stopped  
(Special Use Cases in the README.md)
