unRAID Plex Docker says remote access is unavailable, but I'm able to access anyway

Hi all. I recently moved my Plex Server from a Mac Mini to unRAID in the official Plex docker. It’s been working perfectly fine with the exception of remote access. It kept dropping offline after a few minutes so I went on my router and saw there was still an old UPnP mapping to the Mini so manually did a port forward to 32400 to the new machine and rebooted the router to clear out the old mapping.

That worked and was able to see that I was connected in Plex Settings. I tested it with my iPad on cellular and it worked fine. This was a few hours ago.

I tested again from my iPad just to make sure things were still working and it worked fine, but when I go into Settings it says it’s not available outside the network. So I’m not sure why it would work if that’s the case. Any ideas?

That was a known bug based on some sort of timing issue…
If it works I would ignore it.

As you upgrade and restart it should clear itself over time and show green and good.
