Hi,after some help on updating the plex app on my wd home server, when I try to access it from the plex app i get a message telling me i can’t until I’ve updated to the latest version.wd support won’t help they say its a third party app,although it came pre installed ???.
All help greatly appreciated
From what I’ve learned, Plex is making WD aware about an update but depends on WD to actually publish it in their app store. They’re known to be “a little behind” occasionally.
What version of Plex Media Server do you currently have installed?
From the error message you mentioned I suppose it’s pre-1.18.3?!
