The connection is listed as Indirect (see 1st screenshot).
You seem to have some trouble with your remote access setup, causing the connection to be routed through a [Plex Relay](https://support.plex.tv/articles/216766168-accessing-a-server-through-relay/) server. Those indirect connections are limited to 1 Mbps (2 Mbps for Plex Pass users).

Did you already have a look at the related troubleshooting support article?

Thanx for responding. Yes I’m using the relay (no way around that) but why after the update is my server showing no remote access when my buddy has complete access? Up til the update, my remote access showed enabled green all day and night.

What you describe is perfectly in line with what to expect with an indirect / relayed connection.

- Your remote access setup isn’t working and marked accordingly
- Your server is accessible through the relay — your friend is able to navigate your libraries and stream media…
- Remote streams are limited to the relay bandwidth, hence quality is reduced to fit that bottleneck
