Just updated our server today and now a number of videos no longer play where as they did previously.
Anyone else experience this and can we roll back the version?
Cheers

Sorry to hear about your issue. Please see instruction on how to roll-back.
I’m experiencing the same issue after updating to version 1.18.6.2368. The displayed error indicates that my Plex server isn’t sufficient to transcode the video.
However, the problem is with Plex Server v 1.18.6.2368, NOT my server
the video is from September 2019 and played without issue over the past few months
the video plays without issue when cast from my Android 10 handset to the TV (the phone is not transcoding)
I’ve tried [Disable video stream transcoding] in the [insert your favorite explitive] Plex [Settings] => [General] => [Transcoder] menu with the same error results
Rolling back versions
That worked a treat! Thanks @W.Roopchan. I guess I will have to wait until they update to the next version and see if that fixes it.
Cheers

Just an FYI for any devs that view this thread. I was having the same playback issue but only on items that were encoded in H.465 (HEVC High 10) all items encoded in H.264 still played fine.
I am having this same issue with the same version on Mac.
