Updating Synology broke PMS. Please help

Please bear with me. I just updated my Synology NAS and PMS stopped working. In the package center it said it needed to be repaired, so I clicked it and let it do its thing. When I booted up I had 2 servers. One was simply labeled PlexMediaServer (which was my original server) and a new one named after HomeCloud (which is the name of my NAS). PMS was unreachable and HomeCloud is a brand new and does not have access to my libraries or Live TV.

I have tried updating Plex, rebooting the NAS and the router. Logging in through other apps. Nothing works and now the only server option I have is HomeCloud, my original server is gone.

I am not as tech savvy as you guys are so please be kind lol, but I need help.

Did you update from DSM 6 to DSM 7.0.1?
