"Upgrade these servers to 0.9.10.1 or higher"

Hi all,

 

Trying to connect a PS4 to my plex server. I have assured I can connect to it from the outside world (i.e., the "two green checks").  Furthermore, I can connect via my android devices, etc.

 

However, having just installed the app on a PS4, it does not work.  I am presented with the PIN to enter at plex.tv/pin, i do so, and then it tells me that, for $my_plex_servername, I need to 

 

"Upgrade these servers to 0.9.10.1 or higher"

 

I have, of course, checked, and I am up to date.

 

Ideas?

Can you take a screen shot of your server general settings page with the server version number on it. The current version of server is 0.9.11.7
