# User account pin / gamepad option

Hi,
Is it possible to add a feature for the user account pin. The problem with the pin is that kids can see exactly what you are typing which defeats the whole purpose of protecting an admin account. The only option is to ask them to turn away which is ridiculous.
Kodi has the option of using a ‘Gamepad button combo’ that I have successfully used for years. Please see link below:

There’s an existing suggestion to support such an option on a PlayStation
