When I log into this forum, I’m never asked for my username/pw. As such I’ve completely forgotten both as I’ve never needed them. However, When I try to log in on a different device, it won’t accept my stored username/PW (PW program) so clearly they’ve changed from when I first set them up. 1. How do I find my username? 2. How do I reset my PW so I can access the forum on otters devices? Thanks ---

Forum is using your regular Plex credentials. Do if you’ve changed your Plex account’s password, make sure to use that new password when signing into the forum on a new device. ---

I think you’ve already changed your Plex password relatively recently. (due to: [Important notice of a potential data breach 24th of August 2022](https://forums.plex.tv/t/important-notice-of-a-potential-data-breach-24th-of-august-2022/806518/1) ) Which might be the very reason why you cannot use the old password (which you might have stored on those devices). So, let them forget the old password and type in the new one. ---

Pretty sure I did now that you mention it. I wasn’t aware that the forum used the Plex credentials. That explains a lot. I know that username/pw combo, simple to copy over. ---
