I have the Looney Tunes Golden Collection which isn’t listed on thetvdb.
It’s broken up into a few volumes.

I found a metadata pack for it on a kodi forum. each video in each volume has a screenshot as well as an nfo file with the metadata. Wondering if I can use these with Plex

No… but those episodes are just selected episodes of the regular Looney Tunes Show from mid of the last century.
Searching for the name of that collection/box set should actually bring up a number of threads that elaborate how to name/map the episodes.
