# Using server without internet access

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639  
Player Version#: 4.116.1

I will be leaving to the far north tomorrow and hope to bring Plex on my laptop with an external drive. There is no internet available where I am going. Will I be able to use the Plex player that is integrated in the server or will I have to use somthing like VideoLan and have no metadata.
