Video Channel for Skateboarders

I'm developing a simple video channel called SkateVids that reads a bunch of different YouTube/Vimeo users' videos and pulls them together into a Plex video channel. What I have so far can be seen at https://github.com/tmcknight/SkateVids.

 

Is this type of channel acceptable to submit to the app store (even though it's just a pull from YouTube/Vimeo)?
