I’m using Chrome browser to playback content from my Plex Server (at home) from my office. My home internet has a static (so does the Plex server of course), and has been speed tested to have 13 - 16Mbs upstream. Thoughts?

In short: try if downgrading to the latest Public release solves this.
I don’t appear to even have the latest version currently. Here’s my server version number:
Version 1.3.3.3148
It appears to be a problem I was unaware of until now with my internet connection (I’m getting less than 2 Mbps in speed tests). I am paying for 15 Mbps+
