# Video PLayback

I just got PLEX up and running.

My videos on the laptop work (where the “server” is located)

My PS4 playsback fine so far

My XBoxOneS however refuses to play back a video. If I let it run for a minute or two I will get audio, not video. If I hit back, I get an error “format not compatible”

Any help?
