# Video transcode started to fail overnight with subtitle enabled

Server Version#: 4.147.1  
Player Version#: 5.93.2 Plex for LG TV

For a week it was working fine, then today all of a sudden it started failing to transcode when a subtitle is enabled, even though on the tv client subtitle burning is turned off completely.
