Videos are playing at double speed on Plex mobile app

When streaming videos from my server I have an issue with the videos playing at an double speed most of the time. Switching playback quality from ‘convert automatically’ to a lower quality sometimes fixes this issue, but not every time. Switching playback quality back and forth multiple times eventually fixes this issue temporarily. Both sound and video are affected by this isuue. Other home users that are using the Plex all on their respective device do are not experiencing this problem. Is anyone out there having this issue too or does anyone have any ideas on a more permanent solution to this problem?

I am seeing the same problem, but ONLY when remote streaming - if I am connected via WiFi it appears OK.

Also, if I start a movie from the start via Wifi or Mobile signal it plays fine, but immediately if you skip somewhere in the file then the Mobile one will play at double speed.

Note that this does affect nVidia shield (being Android based) so is not strictly limited to Mobile Clients

Same issue on Pixel 3A XL.

I am having the same problem double speed play ack on my android note 20 phone. This seems like new problem on the last two weeks or so. Any advice? Thank in advance
