# Watch Together Error only with certain libraries

Hello, please help me as I have tried everything I know and have no clue what else to do. I can start watch together with any tv show, but for movies it always throws an “Unable to Access Media” error. The other parties can join the watch together, but I am not allowed to. If I start the media without watch together, it works fine.
In the past, uninstalling the Shield Plex client and reinstalling worked, but I would have to do this every time I wanted to use watch together. It’s very painful to have to re-apply all my player settings. Now uninstalling doesn’t work though. Please help me solve this, as I have no idea what to do. PM me if you need logs.
