# Watched not toggling

I notice that lately when I watch something it goes away on deck but then reappears somtime later. I also see that the unwatched number in Shield Tv shows on the cover art when all episodes are watched. There is some kind of bug with watched episodes

There is a reported issue being looked into relating to the cache and it may well be the same problem

I have been discussing this with the development team and it might not be the issue i thought of. The problem that i mentioned was to do with the cached information may not be getting updated when the watched status is changed.
Could you do some tests of this and provide logs and a copy of the database taken after status goes to watched and again when it reverts to unwatched and getting the zipped logs for each of the 2 times and also identifying the media show that this related and the times. Media Info xml would help identify the items in the database.
Get screenshots showing the watched state set correctly and then getting lost
Do not crop the screenshots. i want to see the times of each screenshot - hopefully the clock will show
You can PM me the zipped database. The rest can be attached here or you can include in the PM
Settings / Server / General / Show Advanced - enable debug logging for Plex Media Server
Restart the server before doing the test to get fresh logs created
To download logs
Settings/ Server / Help / Download Logs
To download the database
Settings / Server / Help / Download database (may take a while)
To get media info xml of the item getting the watched status issue

A fix has just been relating to cached data for the dashboard hubs.
