I activated the WD promo code from Plex Pass, but when I try to use it, the WD site says the coupon code is no longer valid. From browsing the forums, it looks like this has happened before, but I haven’t found a solution. ---

What item are you trying to purchase. Keep in mind the code only works for things not already on sale. ---
