# Web Plex on Pi

This maybe a really stupid question but is it possible to have a GUI on the Pi (Rasbian etc) and then use the webclient URL for your PMS and then watch video's that way?

&nbsp;

I want the functionality to use a browser whilst also being able to watch Plex media for a kitchen tv/media solution :)

I guess the Pi might be powerful enough to play back html5 video in a web browser, but I imagine it would make performance for the rest of the pi pretty slow. Then if it had to be transcoded, then that would be a no go. The Pi/ARM doesn't have a flash client
