Verify that Webshows are not deactivated in your user account:
[https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources](https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources)
1. Use the hosted web app [https://app.plex.tv/desktop](https://app.plex.tv/desktop)
2. If already had it loaded for a few hours, refresh the ‘web page’ in the browser (F5)
3. It should be right at the bottom of the left list.

Just wanted to chime in that I too am unable to see Web Shows in both the web interface of my server, or in the iOS-app. Both are updated to the latest version. The hosted web app does display it though, it’s been like this since the announcement.

If you update to the just-released PMS 1.13.9, you will get an updated local web app as well. Which does support webshows.

Thanks, just updated PMS to v1.13.9, but Web Shows are still not available.

You might have to reload the web app in your web browser. Hit F5 or ‘Reload’
