# Webapp (app.plex.tv) playback crashes

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486
Player Version#: 4.98.2
The webapp at [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) will randomly crash streams if the server stops a playback or scans the library. I had 6 playbacks going from different browsers (firefox, chrome, edge) and a random amount would crash/reload the playback when I started a library scan, or I stopped an existing playback. Directplay, directstream or transcoding did not make a difference.
When using the server’s webapp (using my custom url) with version 4.87.2, I could not get it to crash any playbacks.
I could not get it to crash on my plex media player for windows, android, samsung tizen or roku 4k+ express. If any device stops a playback, it can crash any playback using [app.plex.tv/webapp](http://app.plex.tv/webapp) 4.98.2
