# About:

WebTools-NG is a collection of utilities to help with the management of your Plex Media Server.  
This app is an Electron/Vue based application, that runs directly on your workstation, if workstation is either Windows, Linux or Mac based. It does **NOT** have to run on the same box as your Plex Media Server runs on, but can if needed.

This tool was created by [CPSO](https://forums.plex.tv/u/CPSO "CPSO") and [Dane22](https://forums.plex.tv/u/dane22 "Dane22")

I got WebTools-NG running on Linux, and it recognizes my Plex server in the top drop-down, but in “ExportTools” the “Select Media Library” does not populate with any libraries. A loading animation spins forever (screenshot attached).

I don’t know if this matters, but I’m not running WebTools-NG on the same machine as Plex since my Plex server runs headless. Do I need to run it on the same machine as Plex?

No, and need a zip with logs in verbose mode
