What happened to 30 second skip on iOS app?

I assume an update has removed the ability to skip forward or back any video with the 30 second button? Why? How do I get it back? It’s very important on mobile devices.

Double tap the right side of the screen to skip forward (mine is set to 60s) or double tap the left side to skip back. The buttons are no longer available.
