What is the best way to get Plex developers to acknowledge a bug report?

I reported a bug nearly 3 months ago, with detailed repro steps and version information with no acknowledgment yet from Plex devs. The bug is that you can no longer watch a recorded TV program from the beginning while the recording is still in progress.

For me, this bug is a Priority 1 because my primary Plex viewing scenario is watching sports starting a half hour in so I have a buffer to fast forward through commercials.

It appears there is no other support avenue for Plex users than the forums. I am a Lifetime subscriber. Does anybody know if there is even a paid support option?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me some tips. And my wife will make a batch of her signature to-die-for chocolate chip cookies to any Plex dev who helps out. This is ruining her habit of watching the morning news shows at her convenience too.

I find persistence pays dividends. Keep bumping the original post, keep pointing out that no staff or devs have responded (if that’s the case). Eventually someone will hopefully reply.

That thread is over a year old. It is essentially the problem you’ve reported and it has yet to be fixed.

I DVR bug… It seems the last 15 builds are for DVR fixes. I suspect they will get around to it.
