What was on my lost volume?

I recently lost a volume that contained about 14 TB of data (about 25% of my total library). Is there any way within Plex (or via some 3rd party tool) to determine what exactly was lost from a Plex perspective so I can try and rebuild the lost content?

The report that is generated doesn’t show the file path so I can’t really determine what was on the now missing volume.

I assume you are talking about the Export Tools?
Yes, it includes the file path, if you set a ‘detail’ level of at least 3 in the preferences of ExportTools.
