I prescribed to the Plex pass. But when I select dvr and live tv and try to select DVR setup, it keeps coming back with message that I have to purchase a Plex pass. Is there a time period where they check our my payment before I can start using? ---

Go to Settings - Server - General. Sign the server out of your account and back in. It will update your features ---

Your post shows you are a Plex Pass member and the fact that you posted in this sub-forum means you have a Plex Pass. What type of tuner do you have, how are you trying to add your tuner (you do have a tuner and have it added, right?), what server version are you on (and please do not say “the latest”). Or, do what @ChuckPa says, he is much better at this stuff than me. 😃 ---
