# Which Comskip ini are you using?

Well tried using PLEX Commercial removal tool I see you use comskip.ini how do I know which version it is ? Because last night I recorded “The Good Doctor” setting add 1 minute to record time and I ended up with 21 minute recording when it SHOULD be 43 minutes.

Then it recorded to another Drive which has TV Shows folder which it is monitored by MCEbuddy which I have turned off remove commercials and it reduces the file size to MP4 nothing strange on MCEbuddy other recordings so I will ask here.

Well that didn’t take long on my suspicion !!! Last night recordings since I changed over to using PLEX Commercial removal tool. FBI Most Wanted - S05E02 - Footsteps is also 21 minutes or so… WOW that half of the show. Was hoping it would be closer than that MCEbuddy removal which misses 1 to 3 minutes per show BUT HALF ! Dam Now I have to go back in and change all my DVR settings to shut off Commercial removal. My MCEBuddy is using comskip82\_012 version
