Hi everyone, After upgrade my plex media server on my Synology i got this error message when i try too watch some kind of movies. However, all series works fine. I don’t understand! “Playback Error” An error occurred trying to play “1” shaka 1001 (network) Anybody can help me, please? Versions: Synology: DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 3 Model: RS3617xs+ Plex Media Server: 1.10.0.4523 Regards. Alex. ---

I’m getting the same error after updating the latest version of PMS on Windows. None of my media plays from any device. ---

Also my library scans have stopped since the update. I have them set to run every 30 minutes but none have kicked off automatically and will not when done manually. ---

Hi, Sorry i needed to got a trip that’s why i was absent. I had to do the same thing to roll back to 1.9.3.4290-9798172d4. This version works fine, but after that i’ve got the same problem shaka 1001 Thanks anyway. ---

After a few days I’m back to the same problem. I wonder if the update has corrupted something since now the previous version is doing the same thing. Nothing will play on any client although it reads all of my libraries just fine. ---
