# Why are my Seasons not getting split?

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081  
OS: Windows 10 19043.1237

Ok noticed something weird. All of the sudden not all of my TV shows are showing up as seasons in the “Show” view.

Now before you ask Yes I am using the “Plex Naming Scheme”

My folder Structure is (and has always been) _ **TV\>Show Name\>Season\>SxxExx.file** _

But suddenly some of my TV Shows are showing up as not split into seasons for example…

The Boys (2019) Works fine

Why is it putting both Seasons into one 26 episode Season? Just continues on after s01e13 to s02e01? Makes no sense.

Click on the pencil icon, and go to this setting:

What is it set to? If you “Hide” seasons, then it will show all episodes in one giant list. You see that I set it to **Hide** in the background of that picture, and my view was set to **Detail View** , not **Grid View** , but otherwise it’s the same as what you got. Every show added SHOULD automatically select this **Library Default** mode, which by default (seen elsewhere) I think is **Show**.

To see what your library’s default is, click on the triple dot next to your TV Shows library on the left (or up there just above the poster on your screenshot), and click **Manage Library \> Edit…**. Go to the below setting:

I set mine to hide season view if I only have one season of a show. I don’t need to add an additional click to see the episodes if it never gets another season (Hello, Anime)!
