I have a Vizio 65" 4K UHD Smart TV Model M60-C3. It comes pre-loaded with the Plex App. I just signed up for Plex services and installed on all my devices, 2 lap tops, desk top, tablet…all work fine. When I activated service on my Vizio, it never loads. All I get is the Plex Logo. This is the main device tat I want to watch my media on. Does anyone know why this is happenings

Tat2662@gmail.com: When the app was first launched on the TV it prompted him to setup the device on his account by entering a code. After the code was entered and the device was added to his PLEX account, the app would not launch. It would sit there displaying the PLEX logo and not continue. It almost seems there is an issue with the app and may need to be updated.

According to the answer on my first post listed above, I reloaded the app. Completed…done…same results.
Any new superstitions?
Does anyone have an answer for this problem with Vizio TVs? I’ve reloaded the app (even though the app came pre-loaded with the tv). It does nor work. If this service does not support Vizio TV’s then it does me no good and I will want my money back.
I have the same TV and the same issue. Plex works fine on everything else I own, but not this TV. What the hell is going on, and why won’t the dev team say anything about it?
I agree. I’m not happy with the support I’ve gotten either. I signed up for a life time membership because the app was pre-loaded on my TV. I thought because of that, there would be no issues…stupid me.
