# Why plex does not buffer

Hello
I have problems in the execution of files in plex, in case he sometimes transcode movies that were not to transcode and not buffer the files
Direct playback running on android tv, smartphone and tv box is choking with less than 5 minutes of playback but running on plex media player and plex web goes normal
I’m using a KVM vps and a rented physical machine with 1gbps full duplex link both with the same problem only when I put a file outside the plexdrive everything runs normal
Any idea what that might be?
