I have windows 10 and a NAS WD My Cloud Ex Ultra and I cannot update certain folder of movies that I have in My Cloud, all the rest is updated except three folders.
Can anyone give an explanation and a solution, I have tried updating Metadata, the full content, etc but no luck so fart
If the three folders are on the same filesystem as your other media, you may just need to follow The Plex Dance. You may want to reboot the NAS and wait 10min before working on it. Disable any automatic library scans.
