like the tite says why Plex Music doesn’t parse lyrics from mp3 meta tag UNSYNCEDLYRICS (like in itunes).
does anyone know if that ever worked or maybe how i can submit feature request for this?

Plex has never supported embedded lyrics.

There is already a request for this in the Feature Suggestions forum. You may want to add your vote.

Plex does support lyrics from local text files, and from Lyricfind:
