Im still not really clear what you are trying to accomplish. You want it to not have any metadata?

Is it this show?

> Is it this show?

Yes, It is the show. Not only this one, but many of them have the same problem

The problem now is that my ultimate goal is to show this show like this:

 ![goal](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/7/a/1/7a1ec2ac1dfd2bc5964d7999e6d1599f195e83a2.jpeg)

But now it look like:

 ![now](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/e/f/0/ef0507a4d5f177c60c2b0d57ff5e98d5982b4256.png)
Neither the picture nor the title is right, as red box show

I try fix match or refresh the metadata, It not work.
I use other show to fix match, It look like:

 ![fix](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/5/1/c/51c1080cf622b35c1a0064372c3d4c6fdc7a6316.png)
You can see the title and picture remain the same.(The picture above shows me after I manually changed the picture)

Even though, I cancel match, it also remain the same:

 ![cancel](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/f/f/a/ffabd14c76c94e55f90503f483eea7857447853e.jpeg)

It’s like the image and title are locked, or cached.
So I know one way can fix that move out and move back as I metioned above, But too inconvenient!

Since you are using the **Plex TV Series** agent all the settings for that agent are in the Advacned settings of the library. The ones in your bottom screenshot are only for old agents and do not affect Plex TV Series.

According to that it should be getting the metadata from TheMovieDatabase here [The Knockout (TV Series 2023-2023) — The Movie Database (TMDB)](https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/210757-punch-out)

Since those are `.mp4` files if you have “ **Prefer Local Metadata** ” enabled it will grab the metadata embedded in the file. I can’t see if you have it enabled in your screenshot
