# WIn 11 player no sound

Hi. I’ve run into an issue where there’s no sound when playing files.  
The sound appears if I reduce the quality to 720p. The original file is in 1080p.  
I’ve attached a screenshot with the file parameters.  
I’m experiencing this glitch in the app on Windows 11.

Same issue for me, after an update of the client, all media with EAC3 have no sound on Win11 24h2
