# Windows plex server not showing personal libary or server settings

Server Version#: 64 bit latest download

On a new PC and a fresh install of the Plex server, I can’t get it to work. After installation and when starting the plex server it doesn’t show my personal media library… in fact… I don’t see any server settings at all. .. … I’ve tried fresh installs etc. probably my plex account is still linked to the (old) wrong server?? …anyone with the solution?

Hi Otto, thanks… it starting to look a lot like… plex 🙂

I read the claim issue for Windows before my first post and did some of it. I wasn’t sure if I was on the right track, so I stopped halfway through.  
it looks like the extra addition in the registry enableLocalSecurity has done its job… thanks for the extra push in the right direction
