# Wired xbox360 controller not working on Windows HTPC Player

Xbox 360 controller for windows driver Version: 10.0.26100.8737

Player and server on same windows box.

I have a wired Xbox 360 controller that I can’t seem to get working with the HTPC app.

Controller shows up in the device manager and I’m able to use it with Steam and games.

I do have vJoy installed and it shows up under Settings \> Bluetooth & Devices \> Devices \> Other devices alongside the controller so maybe that’s confusing HTPC?

Any help getting this controller to work would be very much appreciated.
