With Plex Pass, no need for Remote Watch Pass for each user?

I noticed on the sales page that when describing Plex Pass it states ‘Includes premium features like remote streaming for all users…’

Does this simply mean if I subscribe to Plex Pass, all users can watch remotely without purchasing a pass?
