Does the ap plex for android change recently? I can’t have acces to my movie list. Do I need a flex pass to get it.
You’ll need to give a little more input 
Is your media still showing up in your libraries (=only missing on Android) or do they also no longer show when you open Plex through the browser to manually scan that library?
Also (always helpful): what version of Plex Media Server do you have installed, and what version of Plex for Android?
I got plex on my mobil ver.8.20.0.26605(781d3db5) and on my pc is plex forwindows ver. 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4.
Recently I found something wrong In the choice in the parameters Remote access the network is disconnecting all the time.
To solve that issue I disable remote access and after I retry and it works but it disable a few minutes later.
Is this about this other post of yours (remote access not working) or is it a different issue?

A screenshot might help – maybe you can try to describe what you’re going to do, what do you expect to happen and how it’s not working / working differently.
I add 3 pictures my issue beginning with 1 to 3. When the connection is lost I can’t see my movie and tv show store on my hdisk
Ok… so this is solely about the remote access problem. While you’re outside your home network you cannot access your library because remote access isn’t working for you right now.
Have you already looked into the remote access troubleshooting?
e.g.:
- have you configured your router to actually forward requests to port tcp/32400 to your Plex Media server?
- can you see/access your router’s public IP address using the defined public port from outside your home network (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org)
If #2 is working, the issue is likely between your router and the Plex Media Server (including both end points).
If #2 is not working, that indicates there might be an issue between your ISP and (including) your router. In this case… can you re-test this using a different port?
