I’m not a forum user, so I’m sorry if I’m doing something wrong. Plex will not record new shows or movies. I set it up to record, the record button stays red for a second and then goes back to grey. I’ve tried reinstalling. I’ve been putting it off because I really don’t want to use forums or know how to. However, I did pay for a lifetime pass and I would like it to work. I use a HD Homerun for through the air TV.
Update your Plex server software version.
Then delete the DVR from Settings - Server - Live TV & DVR
Then recreate the DVR anew and let it download new EPG data.
Then try to schedule a recording.
